Closet Bangtan – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Closet Bangtan business name Soli Apparels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Product & Pricing

  • All items listed are fan-made merchandise inspired by BTS and are not official HYBE products.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts and offers are valid only during the stated period.


2. Orders

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified after 12 hours.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch within 5–10 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

  • Delays due to courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they leave our facility.


4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All products are made-to-order. We do not accept returns unless:

  • You received the wrong item, size, or a damaged product.

  • In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with unboxing video and pictures.

  • No returns or refunds are processed without proper proof.


5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it goes into production and cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs are original fan-made concepts and are not intended to infringe upon any official IP.

  • Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our designs, content, or branding without permission.


7. Customer Conduct

  • We reserve the right to block or deny service to anyone who uses abusive language, false accusations, or harassment toward our team.


8. Consent

By placing an order, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.
