Refund & Exchange Policy

We are a small business creating custom fan-made BTS-inspired merchandise. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.


No Refunds or Exchanges

We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed. Each product is made to order specifically for you, and we are unable to accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Delay in delivery by courier services

  • Disliking the product after delivery


Exceptions – Our Mistake Only

We will only offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  1. You received the wrong size (different from what you ordered)

  2. You received a damaged product

  3. You received the wrong item

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please share a clear unboxing video and photos of the issue to process your claim.

  • Without valid proof, we will not be able to process replacements.


How to Report an Issue

To report an eligible issue, please email us or DM us on Instagram with:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos + unboxing video

If a Refund Is Approved

If we have made a genuine error and a refund is approved, here’s how long it may take:

  • India: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • International Orders: Refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or third-party payment platforms.
